Transfer options

Luxury Launch

Our luxury launch transfer departs from Hamilton Island Airport, taking you on a scenic one-hour journey through the Whitsunday Islands. Enjoy flutes of sparkling and light refreshments* while remote check-in is offered to ensure a seamless arrival experience once you reach Hayman Island. Priced from $220 per adult, and $110 per child (5 to 15 years old) each way. Transfers on the Luxury Launch are complimentary for children aged 4 years and under.

*Kindly be advised that one platter will be offered per couple. Dress code on the luxury launch is Resort Smart Casual.

Private Helicopter

Elevate your arrival to new heights with a 15-minute private helicopter ride from Hamilton Island to Hayman Island.

Current charges are as follows:

  • R44 aircraft: $1,000 per aircraft each way, capable of accommodating 2 adults and 1 child. A 3rd seat surcharge of $245 (3 – 13yrs old) is applicable.

    • *$1,040 per aircraft each way, starting from 1st April 2025

  • R66 aircraft: $2,000 per aircraft per way, capable of accommodating up to 4 adults.

    • *$2,080 per aircraft each way, starting from 1st April 2025

  • H125/130 aircraft: $3,000 per aircraft per way, capable of accommodating up to 6 adults.

    • *$3,120 per aircraft per way, starting from 1st April 2025

  • Any cancellation 72 hours prior to service will not be chargeable.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to service will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  • Transfer times are manifested 48 hours prior based off incoming/outgoing commercial flights at Hamilton Island Airport. Commercial flights run between 9am and 3pm.
