Positioned in the heart of Lion’s Court, Arkhurst’s 23 X 23 metre curved symmetrical space allows for up to 300 guests. The venue is ideal for indoor event activations including gala dinners and exhibitions while a break-out private dining room is available if required.

Located just off Arkhurst, Arkhurst Private Dining Room seats 16 people at 4 X 8 metres. Designed with racks of vintage wines, a large round table and ambient lighting – this venue requires little to no styling and is ideal for smaller groups.

Positioned behind The Lagoon Wing, Lagoon Lanai is an immersive outdoor venue for groups of up to 150. The venue is the perfect wet weather option, it is undercover yet open-air allowing for the surrounding rainforest to set the scene for an unforgettable event.

Positioned beside the resort’s stunning Infinity Pool, Bam Bam Lawn is the ideal outdoor venue for cocktail parties under the stars. Up to 220 delegates can enjoy cocktails and canapes opposite Bam Bam while watching the sun set across The Whitsunday Islands.

Rainforest Grove presents a private dining platform nestled amidst stunning tropical garden surrounds. Accommodating up to 40 guests, this venue enjoys solar powered AV deck lighting while lush greenery opens out onto Lion Court’s stunning open-air lagoon.

Lion’s Court presents a stunning outdoor setting that stretches from Central Lanai, through to Rainforest Grove. Groups can choose to utilise the entire space – which features an open-air lagoon with on-water staging – or reserve smaller sections within the setting.

Positioned in Central Lanai, amidst manicured gardens complete with marine life sculptures and fountain displays, The Formal Garden makes for enchanting evening events. Style one long table running the length of the venue, using paved terraces to accommodate live music and pop-up bars.

Looking back across the resort and The Whitsunday Passage, Coconut Grove’s outdoor space is surrounded with swaying palm trees and expanses of green grass for you to activate as you like. Conveniently located by The Marina, it is often utilised for Welcome Drinks.

Appearing only as tides permit, Langford Island reveals an 800m sand spit across The Whitsunday waters. Only accessible by boat, enjoy a seven-minute private journey from Hayman Island to Langford Island for an unforgettable sunset cocktail party.
