Throughout June and July, the iconic Maison de Champagne Veuve Clicquot returns to Hayman Island, transforming Aqua Bar into a sun-drenched, vibrant setting that reflects the Maison’s luminous art de vivre, spirit of sharing, and optimism.

During the day, guests are invited to enjoy the Rich, Rosé and Yellow Label cuvées by the pool, paired with bespoke dishes created by our Chef to elevate the experience. Highlights include a half-grilled crayfish salad and a grilled Spanish mackerel burger with tomato salsa, green mango slaw, crispy shallots, fries, and garden herb aioli.

As the sun sets, the experience continues into the evening with a final moment of indulgence, savouring Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label cuvée in the Pacific or at Bam Bam, as the day fades into golden light.
